Mum has been at Heaton House for a little over two years now and seems very settled there. Visiting her is always a pleasure, we are made very welcome by friendly and smiling staff, and Mum is always treated kindly. My sister is more involved with Mum's care on a regular basis, and we find all communication about any issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We feel very lucky to have found such a lovely home for Mum.

Having visited many care homes, Heaton House immediately stood out as the best. Since my mum has been in Heaton House, she has received excellent care and individual attention. Every member of staff is so caring and attentive, it has made it a pleasure to visit my mum and see how well she is doing. Heaton House is my mum's new home, and she loves it.

I come here every Wednesday to visit a friend. I have been around lots of care homes, I find this one by far the best for the level of care of the residents and friendliness. The premises are always well maintained and clean and tidy. I am always made to feel welcome with a cup of coffee and homemade cake. I do and would recommend this care home to anyone.
