"My Mother has been a resident at Heaton House, Worthing, for three years and is very happy, in fact very contented. I have never had any doubts about her care - she sees the staff and residents as part of a loving environment. I am always welcomed into my Mother’s home - for that is what it is, a home in the true the sense of the word."

Heaton House is a lovely place that feels like a proper home the minute you walk in. There is always something going on and every time I have visited I receive a warm welcome, a lovely cup of tea and music and laughter can be heard. I've not had a meal there but the smells from the kitchen are divine too. The staff seem a close-knit team and the owner is always available to answer any questions

Heaton House have been caring for my mother now for 2 1/2 years - she has been looked after very well the staff and owner Sally all excellent, they keep me well informed always seem to be on top of my mother's health, I feel so lucky that I don't have to worry about my mother living in a care home - this I think is with out doubt great to feel secure that she is looked after in every way.
